CTS uses CNC machining technology to produce thousands of pump sleeves, wear rings, shafts, various pump and valve components annually. Although some of these components do not have coatings, we specialized in coated components. Most of these components are used in heavy duty applications where the coatings are expected to perform in hostile environments. The combination of manufacturing capability and thermal spray technology allows us to be a one stop shop for coated components. Our commitment to customer service drives our on time performance to extremely high levels while our commitment to quality has garnered praise from our largest customers.

In order to provide the best serviceability to the components we manufacture, we apply many self fluxing alloy coatings. In addition we apply HVOF Tungsten Carbides and many ceramic coatings.

At our CTS East facility, we manufacture and coat pump sleeves, wear rings, shafts, valve stems and a whole range of other pump components.
