CTS has developed and applies a variety of dry film lubricant materials, such as moly disulfide and graphite bearing materials. These dry film coatings can be used alone or over a thermal sprayed coating to reduce friction and further enhance the performance of the component. They can be used to reduce fret wear to critical components and can improve low cycle fatigue performance.

CTS also offers specialized synthetic graphite lubricants for operation in extreme high temperature environments. These specialized coatings retain impressive low friction properties in temperatures of up to 1,000 F.
